Slow and steady, Pammy, that's that's the way to go! Keep it up! Just think how good you'll feel knowing that you have dropped 30 for Dani's wedding! And your sisters will be impressed with the 35lbs you will have lost by the time you travel to Seattle! Don't give up or slow down now! Keep on working at it! It IS working - just not as fast as we all wished it would!

Thanks for the pep talk! I haven't lost my determination but damn this weight loss is SLOW! We both will look so much better for the weddings this summer-perhaps not our original goal but almost there by the time Brian ties the knot.
