"Please don't be 180, please don't be 180".
I have been really bad, not even keeping up my food journal.
I was so lucky not to be 180 this morning.
So far this morning I'm good, but damn it I know I'm going to blow up at lunch and dinner, I don't FEEL like being on a diet today.
179.8 lb Lost so far: 43.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You sound like me. I can always be good in the morning, but as the day rolls on, I get weaker. I wish there were a way to recapture that feeling that I have at 8am, when I'm really not that interested in eating!
