holiday weekend did me in. drink and eat all day sunday and Monday. time to get back to being serious. had a difficult time getting motivated in the gym this morning. good thing I had my trainer today or else I would have had a half hearted attempt to work out. the sob pushed the shit out of me. :)
170.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
