hoping I can keep this pace!
289.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been very strict on 1,200 calories/day and keeping sodium low most days - around 1,500mg. Plus, I started a Fresh Fruit fast one day a week. I haven't been exercising much but plan to with sporting activities.

Your rate of weight loss will likely slow down as your body rids itself of excess fat over time. I don't intend this as a discouragement, only as an observation of how our bodies work and the realities of losing weight. I'd like my weight to come off more quickly than it is but I want to do it in a healthy way and keep as much lean muscle mass as I can in the process. Just be careful that you're not cutting your calories so much that you're losing muscle mass. I'm still learning a lot but one of the keys is getting enough protein in your diet. Exercise will help with that also. Keep up the good work and best wishes for your continued success!
