Good afternoon. I've embarked on something different. I've maintained my weight for awhile now so I've decided to start on a body training course to develop muscle and abs more defined. I've added ab weight workouts with kettle bells, no carbs after 3 p.m. , less sugar and salt intake. My start date was 20 January and I'm giving it a try for 6 weeks to assess what needs to be adjusted or remain the same. Wishing me the best!!! 😁😁😁
