I've been on an Adkins style diet for just over a year now and have lost 65lbs so far. My goal is to shed 5 more before I leave for vacation on the 6th of June. This is just a mini goal, as I am completely changing my lifestyle and becoming healthy and fit in the process!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
