Hi there, I'm Elizabeth and I am on a journey to becoming as fit and healthy as I can be. I started in March of 2013 and have lost 65bs. of fat so far while also lifting and building muscle. I don't really have a goal weight, but I do hope to lose 5lbs more before I leave for vacation on June 6th to both be smaller than I can ever remember being and to look as amazing as possible in a swimsuit. ;) I absolutely fell in love with the fit lifestyle and am on my way to becoming a certified personal trainer so I can show others the way to success.
