WED. morning. Happy day to all,I don't usually weigh in in the middle of the week but I did today.To my surprise I am down 4 lbs since Monday.Don't know if it will last, but this is the first time I've seen the "22"in years.So for all of you just starting this lifestyle,hang in there,do the reading and follow the plan to the letter and it will work and you WILL feel better.Now off to the gym!!!
Afternoon:
Work-out:
treadmill 30 mins-1.5 mile-3 incline
recumbent cross trainer:30 mins
weight train--20 min
streching-yoga--20 mins
My knees feel so much better. Haven't work-out in 4 days so I really needed this.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 45.5 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
