haven't been losing lately

but I'm going to stick on my program
cause I feel better and look better <3

219.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 74.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yes Deb_N I know !! but I have been going back and forth 218 -222 every week ,, I am not going and staying down ,, I haven't lost hope or thinking of giving up ,, but I feel like I need to print off a whole weeks worth of food journals so I can figure out what Im doing wrong ,, that will help me I have done it before and it helped a lot Thanks sweetheart for you awesome support ya give to me and many more your a trooper <3 and with surgery in about 2 weeks from now I feel frustrated <3 GGGGGGRRRRRRRR <3 any who I will get over myself I know bad thinking is all about nothing good comes out of it ,, just venting loudly <3 I'm grateful to ya ,3 have sweet dreams <3
