O Yes, finally lost a sum total of 40 lbs and I can't be more happy with my results! The next goal is to lose 10 lbs more, to make the total of 50 lbs lost. Still have 120 lbs to lose for me to be in my happy zone! That's a good ways off, but very doable! One step at a time!
380.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
