75% TO MY GOAL & COLOR CHANGE (Green suits me more)!!! Felt like it was a never ending battle going on there fore a while but alas I'm here and in the 170's to boot. Bye bye 180's. Last week was a mixed bag as I did well in my eating but due to things such as the wife not being around and guest from out of town for the weekend I did make some choices I wouldn't of otherwise (pizza Saturday night for example lol) but with all that i'll take the loss considering I was definitely up a good bit last week which is why I didn't log the weigh-in.

In other news the continued battle to get exercise in came to a head over the course of last week as every time I attempted to do so I failed miserably but alas on Saturday after skiing for several hours I finally was able to pick up a bike pump so I will definitely be going for a ride after work. Countdown for the wedding continues as we are down to just two more work weeks or 13 more days but whos counting lol. So i'm here for the final push.

Funny thing I noticed as i'm putting together this entry. I only have three goals left. I've had four for so long that I didn't even think about the fact that once I got to 75% I was down to my final three goals which just gives another visualization to the fact that i'm working my way toward that end goal of my eventual forever weight hopefully. Anyways got to get back to the grind. Hope everyone has a great day out there and makes great choices.

29.0 lbs - To THE GOAL LINE!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 89.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
