was @ 156 there for a couple weeks got stressed overate. Now to get back on track with meal planning and now drive thrus! want to get to 149 by vacation time. need to exercise to
154.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
