Down a tiny bit. I got sunburned out walking yesterday, my first sunburn in nearly 5 years!! It hurts but its a reminder to put on some factor 50+ or I'll be coming home burnt again today.

Lots of walking done this week, having someone to walk with makes it way more fun and it doesn't feel as long. I need more walking buddies haha
