Fake weigh in alert! I will weight in when I want to, but I'm going by my white jeans instead. I will try them on once a week. When these jeans fit right I know I either hit or I'm very close to my goal. As strength training is now a part of my workouts; I can't expect a linear loss.
130.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1043 kcal Fat: 21.87g | Prot: 39.00g | Carb: 168.24g.   Breakfast: Aunt Jemima Lite Syrup, Quaker Quick Oats, Dole Mixed Berries. Lunch: Rice Noodles (Cooked) , Prawns. Dinner: Cooked Green Cabbage (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Fresh Creations Smoked Turkey and Chicken Sausage. Snacks/Other: Lindt Excellence 70% Cacao, Raspberries , Earth's Own Almond Fresh - Vanilla , General Mills Rice Chex . more...

Thanks Bells, we're both going in the right healthy direction - yeah us! We all have to find our own path to body peace. We're all so different and our unique body chemistry makes a one diet fits all not possible. So here's to being satisfied in the now, and still reaching ahead to new goals.
