We went to a Chinese restaurant, I wonder if the barbecue sauce on ribs had sugar. I have eaten a lot of salt too. Hopefully with plenty of water I can get this weight back off.
199.8 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
