I KNOW I didn't actually gain 7 lbs in 2 days! I used a different scale this time...the one I will typically use, so will need to start from this wt instead of my initial weigh in :(
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
