Still a no-change-non-weigh in due to the no scale component of the AWESOME "Trust Fall" challenge! What I suspect I'm losing in weight and inches, I'm also gaining a better perspective of my overall health (mind & spirit especially!).

Increased push-ups this week by 3 for the "4-Minute Push Up Challenge". It's getting more challenging to get more than the week before. Mind over matter now.

129.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

:-) I also believe I am gaining a much better perspective through the trust fall challenge. Learning to do the best I can every day, and notice the subtle changes like feeling better, stronger etc. Glad you are enjoying, and great job on the push up challenge, I don't think I can do one!

I was never been great at them either...which is why I chose to do them in the first place. "Start the way you hope to finish" has always helped me chose how to attack a challenge.

How much longer do you have on the challenge?

have you tried WALL PUSH UPS, put both hands against a wall, step back til arms are straight, learn forward bending elbows and almost touch nose to wall, each is one push ups.

The "4-minute Push Up Challenge" is a 12 week challenge (8 weeks to go), and the "Trust Fall Challenge" is 6 weeks (2 weeks to go). I do 'girlie' push-ups for the push-up challenge...I play my "I'm a girl card" when I can. But I do try to work in full body push ups because I want to be good at those someday, too. "Start the way you want to finish" a friend used to tell me.

I'm a person who cannot get on the floor, and then get back up again. So, if I fall, I need to call 911. This is why I learned a new way to do a push up, and it benefits me greatly. My last post, was my first post here, after reading that someone was having trouble doing push ups. If you or someone else wants me to delete my post, I will. If anyone finds it helpful, please note it, just in case someone doesn't want the change posted here. Thanks.
