Plan to fast between 7pm and 11pm, which is my worst time for snacking outside normal hours.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think you've got it backwards… Aren't you supposed to fast 20hrs of the day with a 4hr block only for feeding at a point of your choosing during that day?

Yup. I think you're right! I read it backwards. It seemed like a pretty easy challenge to start with....but not so! I work full time, so this may not be the challenge for me after all. Hey, I could still avoid eating during my nasty 4 hour window snacking habit though. :)
