While I finally got some much needed sleep I was a bit disappointed in Mothers day. I will be ok. Now this is a new week, new day and new me a few ounces lighter. little by little I am whittling off the weight.
197.8 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
