This weight is just result of hard... eating. Now I have new challenge to accomplish, get rid of this new weight and get back to losing wight.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thank u Puhpine, u are so right, there is no use in what has done, only in what I can done to improve it, and it isn't horrible, it's just little break and now back on the track :) Thank u so much for support
