Went to gym wed, plan to go again today. My weight yesterday was horrible, so although it appears I gained, trust me, I actually lost. Fighting everyone to easy right & keep bad foods out of my house, its been interesting
174.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week
