I am just amazed at how satisfied I am without eating carbs. I knew for a long time that giving up carbs was the solution to losing 100 lbs. I AM ON MY WAY!! I am over the initial detox of feeling tired and feel full so much more energy and life! One day at a time, I will continue to lose weight.
297.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
