We went to out to dinner for mother's day. I had Chinese food. just meat( chicken, shrimp. crab meat) and vegetables. water to drink. I had 1 plate of food, and no desire to go back for second's. I took my daughter up to the food bar to get a dessert and she wanted ice cream. I had a temptation to eat some ice cream to reward myself for mother's day. how INSANE!! I stopped and prayed the serenity prayer and my higher consciousness then led me to get my "south beach" diet book out of my purse that has the foods I can have. Then God gave me an idea to go to the grocery and get some "SUGAR FREE" fudgesicles. How amazing!! and the sugar free fudgesicles are part of PHASE 1 foods. I am sooo grateful that I sticked with my diet today. I am not alone, I have all of you supporting me too and cheerleading me through. BLESSING everyone:)
