back & forth back & forth ,,, not liking did really well last night for a Friday its my weekends
I really need to watch don't want to be good all week then cowpow not good on weekends ,,, yes I feel I'm making an effort , I don't have a I don't even care attitude !! Like I have done so many times <3
just need to ask God for more help ,
I think I am going to re go through my food logs for this past month and see what i can cut or work on ,,
when I print out what I did on a daily basis , its a whole lot easier to high light what I need to replace my weak area's ,,, I will not give up regardless of how wobbly I get ..
