I am at least on the small negative side and not plus side. This week was trying due to taking care of both grandsons. Now maybe get back to being able to get a solid nights sleep, not stressing with a 4 year old and a teething 9 month old. Love them but..... Would I do this again? In a heart beat to help daughter in law attain her goal at work.
198.2 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
