First weight was partly dressed. It was 175.
I need to weigh naked. weight naked on 5-8-14 was 170.
I must exercise and weight lift to convert the fat into muscle.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
