I am finally back on track. In April I put on weight and it is gone now. I am eating NO wheat products, but I am not going overboard trying to figure out everything that has gluten since even salad dressing can have it. I am back on low carb and it is working. I am less hungry. If I get fast food I just take the bun off a sandwich, and Burger King has onion rings... I live in New England and Friendly's has some low-carb friendly salads. I walked the other day, rain looming today so it is likely no long walk.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week

Hi Bren and everyone else. I am doing OK. I am losing now. I had to give up wheat as I am likely allergic to it as I am allergic to grass. I gave up wheat - all wheat - not just gluten stuff and I have a lot less arthritis pain issues going on.
