weighed in at TOPS last night and down 6 more!! wooohooo!! I will be recognized at TOPS SRD May 16 and 17 as my division winner for the state of Michigan for 2013. Cant believe I lost more weight than anyone else for the entire year!! I feel like I am living in someone elses life!! LOL I have 87 pounds to go until my goal. I am probably going to change my goal once I get there, but to get there will be unbelievable! 87 Pounds isn't that far away!! Keeping track of every calorie that goes in my mouth is absolutely the KEY. I will continue to use fatsecret as one of my tools to get me there. It only takes 7 good days to make a good WEEK.
306.0 lb Lost so far: 142.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
