at the begining taking off 5 pounds is a little easier than after on down size my body says please let me keep some fat on these ol bones losing the last 10 is going very very slow
167.8 lb Lost so far: 74.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

But you are still losing. It is better for it to come off slow than for it not to come off at all.

I found the same thing about the last few pounds. It was more like a mind over matter problem than the food I was eating. At least it seemed like I was sabotaging myself in some way.

It's a simple math bell curve. The last stage is mind over matter, it's also the point where you have to be super honest and accountable. Weighing food and logging everything helps the last bit be much more successful.
