"Trust Fall" (fake weigh in). No stepping on a scale for another 3 weeks. I've been really watching what I eat and sticking with my fitness routine. No way will I be disappointed when I finally weigh in at the end of this challenge. -

"4-Minute Push-up Challenge" increased number of push-ups by 7 this week! Whoot! Whoot!
129.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
