Disappointing to see a one-pound weight gain, but I earned it. Bunko night, Derby, and Cinco de Mayo celebrating all revolved around food and booze. Still, I'm very happy with 176. My goal definitely will be to maintain 175'ish, and catch myself before it gets to 178+. My mother and fiancé have commented on how much weight I've lost, I like hearing it. My next project to tackle will be quitting cigarettes, I'm shooting for June 1st as my quitting date. Groupon has a deal for hypnotherapy, I'm entertaining the idea of trying!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 47.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't let a pound gain get you down, you can take that right back off. Good luck on quitting smoking, please do it, it's one of the best things you can do for yourself.
