I was down to 383 lbs but I slipped up a bit for a few days and then I got weighed six days later and I was now 387 lbs and that was really discouraging, but I'm human and I will just put that behind me now and start a brand new day, that's enough about that!
387.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 112.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome attitude, Adam! That's exactly how you've got to think about it. Don't light a little steam-release (normal for us all) ruin your hard work. You're doing GREAT!
