Increase morning run to 3km. Had a healthy chicken breast sandwich, but wife's delicious Indonesian fried chicken drumlets are too good to miss. Overall still lost 600g.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.3 lb a week
