turning my meals more into vegetable meals with a small about of meat
I eat almost every few hrs
I take pic of what I eat when I'm out so I don't forget
When I do go out if I eat a food that I know will put weight on me I half it or throw the bread out
been eating fish Cod in butter yummmy ,
and most importantly the more your enjoying Life the less ya turn to food to enjoy life Live on be Health its a gift that can be lost Love mY fS Family who have taken the time out for a tip or two or the support for my down times I Love this sight Thanks FS <3
218.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 73.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I tried joining a water challenge and they said I cant join now, can some one help me understand why not ,,, I know it well help me ????

If you are looking at the one that is already in progress you missed the entry deadline. Once a challenge starts I don't think you can enter unfortunately. But find out who the administrator is and see if you can be added. Also, you can go to the Challenges section and create your own water challenge and set the guidelines. There are probably others that missed the deadline and would want to join you as well. Best wishes!

As you move to more veggies, be sure to find other ways to keep your protein up. Too little protein and your body will break down muscle for fuel instead of burning fat. Your body prefers to use the 3 macros is this order, carbs first, protein (muscle) second, fat third. Reduce your carbs to the right level and eat enough protein for your body weight an activity, and your body will switch to burning fat for fuel.

Thanks for the info pmjeff21 I try to keep my cabs to 40 or less I'm on an Atkins program .. so today it was less then 27 net carbs ,, I'm eating about every 2 hrs or so ,,, getting at lest 90 grms of protein a day of so I'm good on that , thanks's very much for our concerns <3 since I cant do much activate its probably over 30 grms ,, one of my eating isues have been not eating many veg didint have them much growing up so I had to sorta make me ,, now I love them <3
