9st 12 (1 ON at WW!!) I'm so fed up with this struggle, and Jon lost 2.5 @WW with no effort whatever! I'm afraid I couldn't be pleased for him, he was just lucky I didn't kill him!! So I cut my points and calories right back this week, and lost a measly pound. It's in the right direction I know, but painfully slow and hard won. I'm sure the hormones must affect it. Reaching my goal by my birthday is looking less and less likely :-( It's so frustrating when your best efforts just don't pay off.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.0 lb a week

Men lose faster than women because they have more muscle. The more muscle you have the quicker your metabolism the more easy weight comes off. A pound loss for someone with so little left to lose is a huge amount. Think about it you have very little fat left to lose, so your cells have to eek it out. It took a friend of mine 6 months to lose the last 10 pounds. So a pound in a week is an awesome loss. Losing it is only half the struggle, learning to keep it off is a whole other struggle. Being active really helps with getting it off and keeping it off. So if you don't exercise and can, start. You are doing great!!! You are almost there!
