I am restarting my diet. I let it go for a little while (luckily I only gained 5 out of the 30 I lost). I will be doing a 1200 calorie intake following a trying to follow along with the Firstline diet of 2 legumes, unlimited vegetables (excluding potatos), 1 serving of starchy vegetables, 3 proteins, 4 oils, 1 nut, 2 fruit, 1 dairy (cheese is counted through protein), 1 grain (this will be a challenge and will probably be broken).
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
