ugh....this shoulder thing is not good..getting back to recording ALL my food this week and trying to work in cardio...no arm weights for prob a few weeks...still way to sore
139.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
