I have completely fallen off the wagon and cannot get motivated to get back on. I keep thinking about what the end goal is but it doesn't seem to be enough to do well. I have lost 35lbs since initially starting this and though that's a success, going on seems hard for some reason even though I was doing so well for so long.

Does anyone have any advice on what I can do in order to help myself along? I will be working at a summer camp again this summer and will be putting myself on a 1200 calorie a day diet with a jog to start or end the day, working up towards more and more time. I am for sure dedicated to that and even have started jogging a little (only about 30 mins a night) since it started getting nice and staying nice.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
