1318 kcal Fat: 94.52g | Prot: 85.12g | Carb: 35.60g.   Breakfast: kerrygold chedder cheese, bacon, salsa, coffee /black, onion, egg white, egg. Lunch:  skinless boneless chicken breast, Champagne dressing, spring greens. Dinner: jicama, cucumber, maries ceasar dressing , tomatoe, spring greens, hellmann's real mayonnaise, butter, boneless skinless chicken breast, celery. Snacks/Other: almonds, celery, laughing cow cheese. more...
