I know.. Being back from Holiday and starting to eat well again and train is really a hard thing to do. It sucks! Big time. But I did do it though, just keep on going and it will get better itself..
141.5 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
