Good afternoon. Well, mo excuses, just holiday eating and enjoying the moments. My goal is to keep my weight under 140 lbs, ideally 138 lbs. I'm looking to tone up my stomach and I'm getting there with sticking to Insanity schedule, week 1. And of course, monitoring how much I eat. 😁😁😁
