I'm incredibly swollen today, which is a combo of increased sodium intake and hormonal stuff. But today is day 1 of Whole30 (or the first day of the rest of my life).
211.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
