I am 70 years old, 1.6mtr. Height and weigh today 98kg. On 13th. April 2014, I weighed 86kg. I do strenuous walkout for 60-90 minutes 6day/wk and still my weight is increasing instead of decreasing. I atrebute this abnormality to my feeding which is made up of mostly carbohydrate . In my country, our deit is mostly made up of carbohydrate. I do not really know how to get out of this situation!! I have to reduce my weight to at least 70kg in the next 60 days. Thanks, every body.
