As at last year November, my weight was 120kg and with strnuos exercises and eating much less, I was able to reduce my weight to 90kg by Febuary this year 2014. Since then, all efforts to get to my target weight of 65/70kg have proved abortive (weight fluctuating between 86 and 90kg). I attribute this to dietary problem because our food here is mostly carbohydrate. Vegetables are very few . I therefore need assistance in setting up a deit plan with detailed calculation of calories and quantity of food stuff that can take me to my target weight.
