Ok since I have started fat secret my life has changed so much, its not even recognizable. I have gotten a divorce moved 950 miles from family and friends. Bought a home, lied too and left for another. Been in a serious car accident. I have stayed the course. No one is perfect. Ok like you needed to know all that. I wanted to just inform people who are teying to lose weight. Its never easy, no one has the perfect way to lose it. Do it your way! Love who you are now so you can love who you will become. I have 51 pounds to go. I am dealing with alot of emotions. They have been surfacing. Remember one thing tgis is your life dont try to impress anyone but yourself. I also will say this I am going to a dr for help she monitors what I eat every month and she weights me. She changes and tweeks all my menus but as much as I would live to eat every two or three hours I cant always afford it. Its hard.. also fyi I dont see the changes I feel them. Thanks

Oh I also dont get the chance to post all my foods cause I have to write it down in a journal its redundant for me.. sorry... my excersise is walking moderately 5000 steps a day which is 2.7 miles I am working on getting 10000 steps a day. 6 days a week and I use weights on my wrists.. I usually eat lots of veggies and straeberries blue berries raspberries. At least twice a day. I love coffee will not change that its staying I dont care how many carbs.. ok sorry offbmy soap box. Lol thanks
