I did almost good enough to call it 100% on the diet - a little more protein, and I could justify it. Oh well. I feel much better today than I did yesterday. I'm feeling less bloaty, which is good.
184.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
