Yesterday was not very good, but I lost weight anyway! Don't fall for it! I was super high on carbs, super low on fat, and low on protein - didn't even hit the minimum. But I lost some more fluid weight, so it looks good... much better than it is. But this weight loss was due to my efforts earlier in the week. Today I'm going to exercise, and probably have some ice cream with my daughter. Should be fun!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
