5lb loss in eight days. Loss is actually over two weeks due to eating moments before last weigh in.
The scale photo I usually post didn't upload, but lately the site has timing issues. 2nd weighing showed a 6.6lb loss.
Staying with the first in case it posts later.

256.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 61.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
