How the no gluten working for you? I found it tough to do 100% of the time, guess I like real bread and pasta... Looks like your loosing though...

Jesus was a Jedi! And no wheat is not easy but I am getting by, have yet to see how long i can actually stand doing it.

I think i lasted about a month on the no wheat.. . I have leaned toward using a wider variety of grains since then but not wheat free.
