Today is one week Ketogenic, and I'm already stalling out. This baby weight is hella stubborn :( Anyways, here's yesterday's lifting session. Barbell training: 5x5 Low bar Back Squat- 135lbs(down 15lbs), 5x5 Standing Shoulder Press 75lbs(down 10lbs), and 3x5 95lbs Power Clean. I am not happy about the weight getting heavier while in ketosis.. but may have to shelve the strength gains for a while.
243.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 93.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
